PERSONAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT
This one hour assessment, will provide you with a detailed profile of the current status of your health and fitness, including - • fitness, including aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility. • your risk of musculo-skeletal dysfunction • diet and chemical intake • stress, where it's coming from, what it's doing to you and its impact on your body • career satisfaction • cardiac, stroke and Type II diabetes risk, including blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood glucose.
At the end of the assessment you will have a very good, holistic overview of your current health status.
As part of your assessment you'll be given a copy of the Hourglass Fitness and Diet Programs. You'll be shown some of the exercises you need to do to restore poor musculo-skeletal function to good.
You'll be directed to a number of health and fitness fact sheets on the Miller Health website from which you'll also be able to purchase health and fitness books, all aimed at inspiring and motivating you to improve your level of fitness, eat to maintain your ideal weight, lower your stress level and improve your level of work satisfaction.
You'll have the opportunity to set goals and develop a strategy for implementing a simple and effective health and fitness program.
You'll come away from the assessment inspired and motivated to keep yourself fit and healthy to the best of your ability.
If you get frequent headaches, if have trouble sleeping, if your blood pressure is creeping up, if you have an irritable digestive system, if you're putting on more weight that you'd like, if you have trouble sleeping you'll find the assessment particularly useful and illuminating.
