Stand Up While You Work

 

No one ever said you had to sit down all day, in fact sitting down is a killer.

 

Get yourself a box that you can stick on your desk to put your keyboard and mouse on.

 

Tilt your screen up a bit and away you go.

 

The more we can stand up to work the less chance there is that calf, hamstring and buttock muscles will shorten, pulling our pelvis back and turning the 'S' shaped curve of the spine into a 'C' shape.

 

This is a must for anyone with lower back pain.
