Welcome to the daily health break.
The daily health break is designed to enhance your health, fitness and wellbeing by taking time out to do something that diverts your attention from your work, at the same time improving your metabolic, musculo-skeletal and psychological health. The activity will take about five minutes, sometimes a bit less, sometimes a bit more.
Every day (well almost every day) we'll deliver to your email inbox a wellness activity suggestion. Some of the suggestions will be one-off. Some will be repeated. Some you may wish to do on a regular basis as part of your own health, fitness and wellbeing program. There are a few 'tools' that we'll suggest you obtain - like a water bottle, some headphones and a set of juggling balls.
We'll also invite you to take part in some surveys and from time to time direct you to health, fitness and wellbeing resources. Every now and then we'll throw in something amusing or something awe-inspiring.
