Juggle

 

(First, get yourself, your workplace or office a set of juggling balls.)

 

 

Juggling is a very good distractor - and a wonderful metaphor.

 

The thing about juggling is that you can't juggle and think about about anything else at the same time.

 

If you haven't learnt to juggle with three balls, get started now by watching this video.

 

It won't take you long before you're juggling either two balls in one hand or three balls in both hands.

 

A couple of minutes a couple of times a day will provide you with some mental diversion and give a few of the muscles in your arms a gentle workout.
