Welcome to the Daily Health Break.
Most working days you'll receive an email encouraging you to take time out for a few minutes to do something that diverts your attention from your work, at the same time improving either your metabolic, musculo-skeletal or psychological health.
The posts and activities will be varied, they'll be enjoyable and take about five minutes; sometimes a bit less, sometimes a bit more.
Some of the messages will come with a call to action, some will give you food for thought and some to give you a good laugh.
I'm sure there will be some activities that you'll want to include in your daily routine on a permanent basis.
